Megan practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation and employment law. As an avid strategist, she provides zealous and pragmatic advocacy and counsel to the Firm’s clients.
She represents a wide range of clients in state and federal court on a variety of civil matters, including contract disputes, tort claims, employment discrimination/wage litigation, and other complex business litigation. Megan prides herself on taking the time to understand every detail in each case to ensure each case is treated with meticulous rigor and preciseness.
Megan first joined the OVB Law team in August 2020 as a law clerk, and now as an Attorney following her graduation in May 2021. Megan graduated with honors (cum laude) from Marquette University Law School, ranking in the top 20% of her law school class. During her time in law school Megan opted for a well-rounded experience, taking interests in a variety of legal topics such as Intellectual Property Law, Labor & Employment Law, Creditor & Debtor Law, and Privacy Law.
